The security of your information is paramount, and I have strict processes in place to ensure confidentiality. I abide by the regulations of the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) meaning any personal and sensitive data is kept privately. This includes your name, address, age, GP’s details, as well as any session records, text messages or emails we exchange. 
 
When our therapy sessions have finished, I will delete your digitally stored details within two years, and any paper records will be kept locked away and destroyed after five years. However, if you wish for records to be deleted before this time you can make a request to me in writing.

Visitors to my website 

When someone visits my website, I use a third-party service, Squarespace, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Squarespace to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website. I use legitimate interests as my lawful basis for holding and using your personal information in this way when you visit my website. No user-specific data is collected by me or any third party. If you fill in a form on my website, that data will be temporarily stored on the web host before being sent to me.

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Unlimited Web Hosting UK Ltd for storage and with Zapier for data porting.
